Manifolds & Components
Stainless steel underfloor heating manifolds from 2 to 12 ports. You need one port for each heating loop. Choose standard or auto-balancing, then add Eurocone connector cores for your pipe size, isolating ball valves and spares such as flow meters, air vents and blanking caps. Pair the manifold with a pump and mixing pack and UFH pipe. Order by 12pm for next working day UK delivery.
Underfloor heating manifolds from 2 to 12 ports
The manifold is the heart of a water underfloor heating system. It splits the flow from your boiler or heat pump into separate loops of pipe, and each loop has its own port. Each port has:
- a flow meter, to balance the loop so every room gets its share of heat
- a thermal actuator, opened and closed by that room's thermostat
How many ports? You need one port for each loop. A room usually has one or two loops depending on its size, because each loop should stay within a sensible length so the pump can push water round it evenly. Our guide to manifold ports, loop lengths and zoning explains how to work it out.
Standard or auto-balancing?
- Standard stainless steel manifolds are balanced by hand with the flow meters during commissioning.
- Auto-balancing manifolds adjust the flow to each loop automatically, which saves time on site and keeps the system balanced as conditions change.
Connect it up.
- Add Eurocone connector cores to suit your pipe size.
- Fit isolating ball valves so the manifold can be serviced.
- Choose a pump and mixing pack to match your heat source.
Spares such as flow meters, air vents, pressure gauges and blanking caps are available on their own.
