30-day returns
You can return unused items in their original, unopened packaging within 30 days of delivery.
How to return
- Log in to your account and go to Orders.
- Choose the order, select the items and request a return.
- Once we approve it, send the items back using a tracked or signed-for service. Return postage is paid by you.
- When the items arrive we check them and process your refund or exchange within 1 to 3 working days.
Restocking fee
A 20% restocking fee applies to returned items that are not faulty. It does not apply to faulty or incorrectly supplied items, or where the law gives you a full refund.
Conditions
- Items must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.
- Bag and box items, such as copper M-press fittings, must be returned as complete, sealed packs.
- Items that have been used, installed or cut to length can't be returned unless faulty.
- Orders can't be cancelled once placed, but you can return items once delivered.
Buying as a consumer?
If you're buying for yourself rather than your business, you can cancel within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the price paid, without the restocking fee. Email us within that time, then return the items within 14 days. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Damaged or incorrect items
If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email sales@maxheatufh.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll put it right at no cost to you.
