Shipping policy

Last updated: 19 October 2026

This policy sits alongside our Terms of Service (section 6).

WHERE WE DELIVER

We deliver to addresses in the UK only (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland).

DELIVERY CHARGES

- Delivery is calculated at checkout from the size and weight of your order.
- The exact delivery charge is always shown at checkout before you pay.

DELIVERY TIMES

- In-stock items ordered by 12:00 on a working day are dispatched for next working day delivery to the UK mainland.
- Orders placed after 12:00, at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.
- Remote areas and special-order items may take longer. We will tell you the expected date.
- Delivery times are estimates. If there is a delay, we will keep you informed. Consumers can cancel for a full refund if we fail to deliver within 30 days, or by an agreed date that was essential.

PALLET DELIVERIES

- Pallet deliveries are kerbside only. The driver will not carry goods into the property or onto site.
- Someone must be available to receive the goods, and there must be safe access for a large vehicle. Please tell us at checkout about any access restrictions (narrow lanes, weight limits, no parking).
- If a delivery fails because no one was available or the vehicle could not get access, a re-delivery charge may apply.

ON DELIVERY

- Please check the goods when they arrive and tell us within 48 hours about any damage, missing items or wrong items. Email sales@maxheatufh.com with photos and your order number.
- If possible, note any visible damage on the driver's delivery note before signing.
- The goods are your responsibility from delivery. Ownership passes to you once we have received full payment.

TRACKING

You will receive a dispatch email with tracking details once your order is on its way. You can also see your order status in your account.
