Dualmix Stainless Steel Manifold Assembly (2 to 12 Port)
Product details
The Dualmix is a stainless steel underfloor heating manifold for wet systems. It comes assembled with a pressure gauge and an automatic air vent, ready to mount on the wall. Choose from 2 to 12 ports. Each 3/4" Eurocone outlet takes one end of a heating loop.
Why installers use it
- Stainless steel bars: they won't corrode.
- Fill and vent from the manifold: the pressure gauge and air vent are already fitted.
- Standard 3/4" Eurocone outlets: connect your pipe with the matching Eurocone connector cores.
- Can be extended later: add a 1 port extension if you need another loop.
Choosing the port count
You need one port for each loop. Keep each 16mm loop to about 100m so it balances well. If you're not sure, send us your plans and we'll design the loops and confirm the manifold size.
Complete the manifold
- Manifold Ball Valve Set 1" to isolate it
- A pump and blending valve pack when the heat source runs hotter than the floor
- 2-Wire Thermal Actuators and a Heatmiser wiring centre for zone control
Questions
Which pipe fits?
12mm or 16mm UFH pipe, using the Eurocone connector core that matches your pipe. Cores are also listed for other sizes from 10mm to 20mm.
Is it supplied assembled?
Yes. It comes with the pressure gauge and air vent already fitted.
