    Tap every floor. Each one gets its own size, system and plan, as floors are often different.

    Only the floor you want heated: leave out kitchen units, baths and similar. Your plan lets us check the m² before we confirm a firm price.

    Not sure of the size?

    Multiply the length by the width of each room in metres and add them up. A 4 m × 5 m room is 20 m². Or upload your plan to MaxHeatUFH ProLoop and it measures every room for you.

Which system is right for my floor?

New builds and concrete floors usually suit pipe in screed. Renovations where floor height matters suit low-profile overlay boards or castellated panels with levelling compound. Upper floors with timber joists suit grooved chipboard from above or spreader plates from below. Not sure? Email us and we'll help.

Do you install?

We work with vetted, approved installers across the UK and support them on every job. You can buy supply only, or get an installation quote and request a firm price.

What's included in an installation price?

Installation, pressure testing, flushing and filling, air removal and venting, balancing flow rates and connecting stats. Connection to the boiler or heat pump, groundworks and electrical connections are quoted separately.
