Heatmiser neoStat-e Electric Floor Heating Smart Thermostat 230V

The Heatmiser neoStat-e is a 230V smart thermostat for electric underfloor heating mats and cable. It switches up to 16A directly, and a floor sensor is included. Pair it with a neoHub and you can run the floor from the neoApp alongside the rest of your neo system.

Why installers use it

• 16A switching: connect the heating mat or cable straight to the thermostat.
• Floor sensor included: control or limit the floor temperature to protect the floor finish.
• App control: through the neoApp with a neoHub (2nd generation or later).
• Thermostat or timer: programmable 5/2 day, 7 day or 24 hour, with self-learning preheat.

Questions

Do I need a separate contactor?
Not for loads up to 16A. The neoStat-e switches the heating directly.

Is it app controlled without a hub?
No. App control needs a neoHub (2nd generation or later). Without one it works as a normal wall thermostat.

A qualified electrician must make the final connection, with a 30mA RCD, to BS 7671.
