ESBE Single Room UFH Mixing Pump Pack with Grundfos UPM3 Flex

A single room underfloor heating mixing pump pack with a Swedish-made ESBE valve and a Grundfos UPM3 Flex 25-70 130 pump. Use it to add wet UFH to one room, such as an extension, kitchen or conservatory, straight off a radiator or boiler circuit. The PWM-ready pump suits jobs where the boiler will control pump speed. The ESBE valve has a built-in bypass and holds a steady 35–60°C to the floor loop, and the pack mounts on its own wall back plate.

Why installers use it

• Grundfos UPM3 Flex: up to 7m head and PWM speed control from the boiler or heat pump. Constant curve (fixed speed) settings when there's no PWM signal.
• ESBE valve with bypass: built-in bypass, 35–60°C mixed flow.
• No manifold needed: one circuit, one room.
• Pre-assembled and tested: with primary isolation valves and a pre-wired pump terminal box.

Questions

Do I need a manifold?
No. The pack runs a single UFH circuit straight from an existing radiator or boiler circuit.

What's different about the ESBE version?
It uses an ESBE thermostatic valve with a built-in bypass and comes on its own wall back plate. Our standard single room packs use a thermostatic valve without the ESBE bypass.
