Cement-Coated XPS Tile Backer Board 1200 x 600mm
Product details
Cement-coated XPS tile backer board has a rigid extruded polystyrene core with a fibreglass-reinforced cement coating on both faces, ready to tile onto. It insulates under electric and wet underfloor heating, levels and waterproofs floors and walls, and is far lighter than solid cement board. Each board is 1200 x 600mm.

Fixing on floors
Bond the boards with flexible tile adhesive and fix them with insulation board washers. Each board covers 0.72m².

Questions
Can I use it with wet underfloor heating?
Yes. It insulates under both electric and wet underfloor heating.
How do I cut it?
With a knife. The XPS core is much easier to cut than solid cement board.
