A full renovation of a London property, with underfloor heating on every floor and an air source heat pump as the heat source. At 240m², this was a large system, so deliveries were phased to match the build: ground floor first, then the first and second floors two weeks later.

Phased supply on a renovation
On a London renovation, storage space on site is tight and floors are ready at different times. Splitting the delivery by floor meant the ground floor screed system arrived for the first fix, and the overlay boards arrived when the upper floors were ready.
