Single Room UFH Mixing Pump Pack with Grundfos UPM3 Flex (Pre-Assembled)
Product details
A pre-assembled single zone pump and temperature control unit for wet underfloor heating, fitted with a Grundfos UPM3 Flex 25-70 A-rated pump. It mixes the water down to floor temperature for one zone, so you can run a single room of UFH without a full manifold system. It arrives assembled, so there's less to put together on site.
Why installers use it
- Grundfos UPM3 Flex pump: up to 7m head, with constant curve (fixed speed) settings when there's no PWM signal.
- PWM speed control: the pump can take a PWM signal from a boiler or heat pump.
- Single zone: pump and mixing control for one area.
- Pre-assembled: the pump and mixing unit come as one.

Questions
Is this the same as the ESBE single room pack?
Both use the Grundfos UPM3 Flex. The ESBE pack has an ESBE valve with built-in bypass and a 35–60°C range. Ask us if you want to compare them for your job.
Can the boiler control the pump?
Yes, if the boiler or heat pump has a PWM output. The UPM3 Flex accepts a PWM speed signal.
