Pipe Chamfering Tool for Plastic & Multilayer Pipe
Product details
A pipe chamfering tool puts a clean bevel on the end of plastic and multilayer pipe after cutting. The bevelled end slides into press and push-fit fittings without cutting or dislodging the O-rings, which is the most common cause of a weeping joint.
Why installers use it
- Protects the seals: no sharp edge to catch the O-rings.
- Two versions: a single-size 16mm tool or a three-size 20/25/32mm tool.
- For PERT-EVOH, PEX and MLCP: works on all common UFH pipe.

Questions
Which version do I need?

Reamer or chamfer tool?
The reamer re-rounds the bore. The chamfer tool bevels the end. Many installers use both.
