MLCP Press Fit Lever Ball Valve
Product details
An MLCP press fit lever ball valve is a full-bore brass isolating valve with press ends on both sides for multilayer pipe (MLCP or PEX-AL-PEX). Use it to isolate underfloor heating circuits, manifold flow and return, heating zones and water services. Choose a red lever for flow or hot, or blue for return or cold.
Why installers use it
- Full bore: no restriction to flow when it's open.
- Quarter turn: lever in line with the pipe means open.
- Colour-coded: red or blue grips make flow and return easy to tell apart.
- Specification: brass body, chrome-plated brass ball, PTFE seats, steel lever. U-profile press ends with stainless sleeves and EPDM O-rings. Maximum 10 bar (limited by the MLCP press joint) and 80°C continuous.

Pack sizes are the same for red and blue levers.
Sold in full bags or boxes only, in the supplier's pack quantities. Choose a bag or a box, then how many packs you need. Packs are not split.
How to fit it
Cut the pipe square. Calibrate and bevel the bore with a Pipe Reaming Tool or Pipe Chamfering Tool. Push the pipe fully home until it shows in the inspection window, then press with the U-profile jaw that matches the pipe size.
