MLCP Press Fit Equal Elbow

An MLCP press fit equal elbow turns a multilayer pipe run (MLCP or PEX-AL-PEX) through 90 degrees, with the same pipe size on both ends. Use it for tight changes of direction where bending the pipe isn't practical, on heating, underfloor heating and water runs.

Why installers use it

• Tight corners: a full 90 degree turn in a much shorter space than a pipe bend.
• Specification: brass body, stainless steel press sleeve with an inspection window and insulating ring, and factory-fitted EPDM O-rings.
• Rated for heating and water: maximum working pressure 10 bar and maximum continuous temperature 80°C (95°C peak). Suitable for heating, underfloor heating and hot and cold water.
• Four sizes: 16, 20, 25 and 32mm.

Sold in full bags or boxes only, in the supplier's pack quantities. Choose a bag or a box, then how many packs you need. Packs are not split.

How to fit it

Cut the pipe square. Calibrate and bevel the bore with a Pipe Reaming Tool or Pipe Chamfering Tool. Push the pipe fully home until it shows in the inspection window, then press with the U-profile jaw that matches the pipe size.

Should I bend or use an elbow?
Bending saves fittings and keeps the flow smooth. Use an elbow where there's no room for a bend.
