The Heatmiser UH8-N is an 8 zone wiring centre made for 12V thermostats such as the neoStat 12V. The wiring centre runs from 230V, but the thermostats in each room run at 12V. When any zone calls for heat, it enables the pump, valve and boiler.

- 12V thermostats: pairs with the Heatmiser neoStat 12V.
- 8 zones: for whole-house underfloor heating.
- Up to 6 actuators per zone: within a 5A board limit.
- Hot water output: plus a radiator option on zone 8.

Can I use 230V thermostats with it?
No. The UH8-N is for 12V thermostats. For 230V thermostats, use the Heatmiser UH8.
What supply does it need?
230V AC. It powers the 12V thermostats itself.
