3-Port Mid-Position Motorised Valve 22mm
Product details
A 22mm 3-port mid-position motorised valve for Y-plan heating and hot water control. One valve gives you heating only, hot water only, or both at once. It has a removable 230V actuator head and 22mm compression connections.
Why installers use it
- Three modes from one valve: heating, hot water, or both.
- Removable actuator head: easier to wire, and the head can be swapped without draining down.
- 22mm compression: no soldering or pressing needed to fit.
- 230V: wires to a standard 230V programmer and thermostats.

Is this for Y-plan or S-plan?
Y-plan. In an S-plan system you use a 2-port valve for each zone instead.
Can I change just the head?
Yes. The actuator head is removable, so it can be replaced on its own.
