MLCP Press Fit Unequal Tee
Product details
An MLCP press fit unequal tee branches multilayer pipe (MLCP or PEX-AL-PEX) where the run and branch are different sizes. It's the fitting for taking 16mm circuits off a 20mm, 25mm or 32mm main on heating and water systems, without adding separate reducers.
Why installers use it
- 13 size combinations: from 16 x 20 x 16mm up to 32 x 25 x 32mm.
- Reduce and branch in one: fewer joints than a tee plus reducers.
- Specification: brass body, stainless steel press sleeve with an inspection window and insulating ring, and factory-fitted EPDM O-rings.
- Rated for heating and water: maximum working pressure 10 bar and maximum continuous temperature 80°C (95°C peak). Suitable for heating, underfloor heating and hot and cold water.

Sold in full bags or boxes only, in the supplier's pack quantities. Choose a bag or a box, then how many packs you need. Packs are not split.
Reading the sizes
Sizes are given run x branch x run, so end 1 x branch x end 2. A 25 x 16 x 25mm tee has 25mm on both run ends and a 16mm branch.
How to fit it
Cut the pipe square. Calibrate and bevel the bore with a Pipe Reaming Tool or Pipe Chamfering Tool. Push the pipe fully home until it shows in the inspection window, then press with the U-profile jaw that matches the pipe size.

The middle one. Sizes are run x branch x run.
Do all sizes come in bags?
No. The 32 x 20 x 32, 32 x 25 x 25 and 32 x 25 x 32mm tees come in boxes of 3 only.
