MLCP Press Fit Equal Straight Connector

An MLCP press fit straight connector joins two lengths of multilayer pipe (MLCP or PEX-AL-PEX) of the same size. It's the everyday coupling for underfloor heating manifold tails, radiator circuits and plumbing runs. Press it with a U-profile jaw and the joint is made in seconds, with no threads to seal.

Why installers use it

• Press x press: both ends take the same size pipe, from 16mm up to 32mm.
• Specification: brass body, stainless steel press sleeve with an inspection window and insulating ring, and factory-fitted EPDM O-rings.
• Rated for heating and water: maximum working pressure 10 bar and maximum continuous temperature 80°C (95°C peak). Suitable for heating, underfloor heating and hot and cold water.
• Easy to check: the inspection window shows the pipe is fully home before you press.

Pack sizes

Sold in full bags or boxes only, in the supplier's pack quantities. Choose a bag or a box, then how many packs you need. Packs are not split.

How to fit it

Cut the pipe square. Calibrate and bevel the bore with a Pipe Reaming Tool or Pipe Chamfering Tool. Push the pipe fully home until it shows in the inspection window, then press with the U-profile jaw that matches the pipe size.
