6. DELIVERY POLICY
We aim to deliver all orders promptly, and estimated delivery times are provided on our website or at checkout. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guarantees; factors beyond our control (such as courier delays or adverse weather conditions) may affect delivery times.

Goods will be delivered to the address provided at checkout. You are responsible for ensuring that someone is available to accept delivery. Risk of damage or loss of goods passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and notify us within 72 hours of any damages, shortages, or incorrect items.

7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
You have the right to return goods within 28 calendar days from receipt. To initiate a return, contact us via email or phone with your order number and details.

Returned goods must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. We may refuse refunds if items are returned damaged or show signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect them.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 working days of receiving the returned goods. Original delivery charges may not be refunded unless the item was faulty or misdescribed.

A restocking fee of 20% will be applied to all products returned for a refund within 28 days, given that the product is supplied with no faults and that the correct products were supplied. Any products supplied incorrectly, or faulty, will not incur a restocking fee.

8. PRICE PROMISE GUARANTEE
If you find a cheaper like-for-like quote from a UK-based competitor, we will not only match it — we will beat it. To claim, provide us with either a written quotation or a direct link to the competitor’s advertised price.

Conditions of the Price Promise:
- The product must be identical in brand, model, specification, and condition.
- The competitor must be a UK-registered retailer, with stock available for immediate delivery.
- The competitor’s price must include all applicable costs (VAT, delivery, etc.).

Exclusions include clearance lines, liquidation sales, auctions, marketplace resellers (such as eBay or Amazon), loyalty rewards, and bulk discount offers.

9. WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY
All products are supplied with a manufacturer’s warranty where applicable. This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights and does not affect them. Please contact us for warranty claims; proof of purchase will be required.

Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, loss of data, or business interruption.
