At MaxHeatUFH, we are committed to providing fast, reliable, and efficient delivery for all our customers across the UK and Northern Ireland.

Standard Delivery Times
Next Working Day Delivery is available on all orders placed before 1:00pm (Monday–Friday).

We use trusted third-party couriers, and while we aim for next-day delivery, it is subject to courier performance and may occasionally be affected by factors outside of our control.

Saturday deliveries are available at no additional cost, but must be requested at the time of order.

Delivery to Northern Ireland
Orders to Northern Ireland are delivered within 2–5 working days.

Next day delivery is not available for Northern Ireland.

Delivery Charges
Free delivery is offered on all orders over £1,000 (excluding VAT).

Orders below this threshold will be subject to our standard delivery charges, calculated at checkout.

If you require a timed delivery, the following upgrade options are available:
- Pre–12:00pm (Next Day): £15.00 + VAT
- Pre–10:30am (Next Day): £15.00 + VAT

Bespoke & Large Orders
In rare cases, bespoke items or bulk quantity orders may require longer lead times.

You will be notified of any expected delays before your order is dispatched.

Delivery Partners
We currently use:
- APC Overnight UK for parcel deliveries
- SK Distribution for palletised freight

All orders are fully insured, and we provide tracking information and estimated time of arrival (ETA) via text message upon dispatch.

We are continuously reviewing delivery partners to ensure the best possible service.

Missed Deliveries
If a delivery fails, the courier will inform us and attempt redelivery on the next working day.

After three failed delivery attempts, your order will be returned to MaxHeatUFH.

In such cases, you will be required to pay the delivery fee again in full to have the goods re-sent.

Damaged or Missing Goods
Please inspect all goods upon arrival.

Any missing, damaged, or incorrect items must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

After this period, we may be unable to process claims.
