New Build/ In Screed System

Underfloor heating installed within a screed floor build-up is an ideal solution for new build properties, where the system can be integrated during the construction phase.
Heating pipes are laid over insulation and then covered with screed, allowing the floor to act as a large heat emitter that distributes warmth evenly throughout the space.
This approach provides an efficient, low-temperature heating solution that works well with modern boilers and heat pumps while maximising comfort and energy efficiency.
Renovations/ Retrofit

Underfloor heating can also be installed in existing properties during renovation or refurbishment projects using low-profile retrofit systems (overlay).
These systems are designed to sit over the existing subfloor with minimal floor height increase, allowing you to upgrade to energy-efficient underfloor heating without major structural work.
Suitable for a wide range of floor finishes, retrofit underfloor heating provides even heat distribution, improved comfort, and a modern heating solution for both single rooms and full property renovations.
Upper/ Joisted Floors

Underfloor heating can be installed within suspended or joisted floors, making it an ideal solution for upper floors and timber floor constructions.
Heating pipes can be fitted between the joists using aluminium diffusion plates to help spread heat evenly across the floor above. Alternatively, pre-routed chipboard panels can be installed directly across the joists, replacing standard floorboards and allowing the pipework to sit neatly within the board itself.
Both methods provide efficient heat distribution with minimal floor height increase, making them well suited to new builds and renovation projects alike.

Price Excludes: Insulation, electrical work, self levelling/ screed.
