ORDERING
How do I place an order?

Can I modify or cancel my order after it’s been placed?

Orders can not usually be modified. However, if your order has not yet been collected for delivery, amendments may still be made. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need changes so we can inform you if this is possible.
Do you offer bulk discounts for trade or large orders?

Yes, trade customers will receive reduced rates on all products. One off bulk purchases may also qualify for discounts. Contact us for a custom quote.
SHIPPING
Where do you ship to?

We deliver across the UK (and internationally upon request). Shipping options and costs vary based on each specific order placed.
How long will delivery take to reach me?

Standard delivery is usually next day (as long as the order is placed before 1:00pm). Deliveries to Northern Ireland will take 2–5 business days.
If for any reason your delivery is going to take longer than stated above (a bespoke order, non stock), you will be informed on the same day.
How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary based on the order size, anywhere from £6.50 for a mail pack up to £130.00 for multiple pallets. You can view the exact cost during checkout.
Orders over the value of £1,000 automatically qualify for free delivery.
Can I track my shipment?

Yes, once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link.
*You must include your mobile number or email address for our system to automatically send the tracking information to. If you have not provided these details when placing your order, please contact our operations team on the morning of your scheduled delivery date and we will be able to track your delivery and provide you with an ETA.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
What is your returns policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase as long as the product is unused and in original packaging.

How do I initiate a return?

Please contact us for details with regards to your return. We will provide you with all information including the returns address, refund amount and expected refund date.
Are returned shipping costs covered?

Return shipping costs are typically the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
How long does it take to process a refund?

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive the returned items.
What if I receive a damaged or faulty product?

Please notify us within 3 working days of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
Any faulty products will need to be sent back to us for testing before a replacement or refund is provided.
